I just watched a documentary that involved some children that were either severely handicapped both mentally and physically or…frankly…vegetables that seemed to only experience pain and frustration. As I watched these I got all mommy model and started imagining my sweet, cheeky, snappy little boy being that miserable.
I thought to myself that I would rather him not live at all than...
